Do you offer a refund policy?
No. We will accommodate you the best way possible but we cannot issue you a refund.
Note: All of our products are sent via USPS with special courier instructions that your package is fragile and signature confirmation.
Can your custom cakes be shipped?
No. If you would like us to decorate a cake in your city please contact robbieandchina@gmail.com
Where is pick up?
Pick up is at Target parking lot 250 Miracle Strip Parkway Mary Esther, FL 32569
Pickup Times are Monday-Friday 9am-1pm Saturday 10am-1pm
How do I store my cake after pickup?
We do not recommend leaving your cake out of the refrigerator for more than two hours. Refrigerating your cake after pick up will hold its' moisture. Once your cake is cut, plastic wrap and an air-tight container and refrigeration will help ensure that you are able to get the most from your cake. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAKE OUT AFTER PICK-UP!!
Do you offer fondant?
Simply No. We specialize in American and Swiss meringue buttercream cakes.
Can I change my order?
Please let us know 21 days before the event if you would like a change (up to 2 changes). We do not offer refunds for any changes. If you need to add cookies, etc. it must be communicated with us 14 days before the event.
When do I pay for my cake and custom cookies?
Custom cookies must be paid in full once the invoice is sent.
For cakes you will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance 14 days before the pick-up date.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Custom cookies two weeks in advance
Custom cakes two weeks in advance
Wedding cakes 6-12 months in advance
